If you subscribe to a paid tier of our Service:
Billing: Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees upon 30 days' notice.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binary Elements Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
